Winter weather is postponing those itching to get on the green.
 
Fort In View golf course is covered in snow right now, which will delay their typical opening (between Apr.1-15). The course hopes to be ready by the end of the month or the first week of May.
 
While that will affect their revenue, it won't stop them from offering something new this season.
 
"I'm going to do a junior league in July/August when school is out where I'll offer some lessons for juniors and have a league that can play," said general manager Gord Hayward.
 
The 27 hole course offers a friendly atmosphere and membership is holding steady.
 
The club is also celebrating its 30th year in operation.
