The high-powered winds have made a mess just south of Gibbons.

On Monday afternoon (Jun.11) at about 2 p.m. a trailer flipped on Highway 28A near Vista Road/Township Road 560. The truck towing the trailer also had significant damage.

The driver was reportedly not hurt.

Titan Towing was called in to recover the trailer. The local towing company started pulling the trailer out of the ditch at about 8:30 p.m. and finished their work at around 11 p.m.

A wind warning is still in place from Environment Canada. They say 90 km/h gusts are still possible into Tuesday evening.
