The Fort got a ton of rain over the weekend.
 
From Saturday (Jun.9) morning to Monday (Jun.11) afternoon, Fort Saskatchewan had more than its June 2017 total of 54.5mm of precipitation.
 
"There's reports in Sherwood Park of 63mm and 62mm in Fort Saskatchewan," said Alysa Pederson, meteorologist with Environment Canada.
 
According to Environment Canada data, the average rainfall for the month of June is around 78mm.
