A warmer fall should be on the way.
From now until November, Environment Canada says temperatures should be a little higher than normal.
"For September, October, November, it's pretty much above normal for the whole country," said Robyn Dyck, meteorologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada.
For precipitation, the region will see typical amounts over the three-month period.
Despite the warm fall, according to the long-term forecast this winter will hold typical seasonal temperatures.
