One person has died following a collision on Monday morning (Dec.18).
The crash happened around 9:30 a.m. on the Anthony Henday ramp leading to Highway 14. A commercial delivery truck was traveling on the ramp when it collided with the rear-end of a gravel truck, which was parked on the northeast side of the road.
The 39-year-old female driver of the delivery truck was pronounced dead on the scene. No other injuries occurred.
Strathcona County RCMP Traffic Services and RCMP Collision Analyst were on scene for several hours to conduct an investigation.
The ramp should reopen around 4 p.m.
