Tow truck driver Don (Donny) Keeler passed away near the end of May after approximately a year-long battle with kidney disease.
Keeler was employed with Titan Towing for more than ten years and various community members gathered on Sunday (Jun.3) to remember him.
"He stuck it out until the very end with us and we just wanted to pay our respects," said Jason DeVries with Titan Towing.
The procession went from the Flying J in Sherwood Park, down Highway 21 and ended at Titan Towing. It was followed by refreshments and mingling.
"Towing and truck driving was his life," said DeVries. "He was a fun-loving guy and a great employee."
Keeler was 42-years-old.
