Strathcona County RCMP are requesting the public's assistance finding a sexual assault perpetrator.
 
On Monday (August 14) at approximately 5:30 p.m. a woman was walking on a path heading eastbound off Cloverbar Lane when she was approached from behind by an unknown man. The man grabbed the female’s waist and lead her into tall grass next to the path. As the victim was being sexually assaulted, she was able to break free and yell for help.
 
Following the assault, the male ran westbound up the path towards Cloverbar Lane.
 
The male is described as Caucasian, 6'0", 200-250 Ibs with a fair complexion and with balding short brown hair. The suspect was wearing a white golf shirt, blue jeans and skateboard type shoes.
