Strathcona County's library is once again on the move.
The permanent library in the community centre has been out of commission since November 6, after multiple explosions went off in the parkade.
A couple of weeks later, the library found themselves a new part-time home at the Broadmoor Golf Course pro shop.
"We're so grateful. We've had so much support from county departments, other municipalities, it's just been fantastic," said Strathcona County Library CEO Sharon Siga. "We knew at first sight it wasn't going to be the ultimate destination for us."
Starting Tuesday night (Dec.4), the library will once again be packed up and moved to their new temporary location on Baseline Road.
Siga estimates they've seen over 30,000 books and items dropped off at the pop-up library.
"What we really needed was wide open space for collections and programming."
Strathcona County is planning to have the temporary library up and running on Monday (Dec.10).
