A local man is facing a lengthy list of charges.
Mark Corkum-McFetridge, 47, from Redwater was arrested on June 29 near Nisku, after police found him in a recently stolen 2018 Subaru. Corkum-McFetridge was in the vehicle with 19-year-old Trystin Blundell from Bonnyville.
Police found stolen property including fraudulent identification along with methamphetamine inside the vehicle.
Corkum-McFetridge was on probation at the time of his arrest. He's facing 13 new charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, identity theft, four counts of breach of recognizance, three charges under the Traffic Safety Act and one charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Corkum-McFetridge remains in custody and is scheduled to attend court on Thursday (Jul.5).
Blundell is facing four criminal charges including theft over $5000.
