A two vehicle collision has left one dead and sent two to hospital. 
 
On Sunday (November 26), around 6:00 p.m., the Morinville RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision on Highway 44 near Meadowview Drive. A southbound SUV crossed the centre line, colliding head-on with a northbound truck.
 
The driver of the SUV was pronounced dead on scene. The two occupants of the truck were transported to hospital with minor injuries.
 
The name of the driver will not be released.
 
An investigation is on going.
