This dangerous cold snap continues, with more warnings issued.
 
Environment Canada issued an extreme cold warning for Fort Saskatchewan, Morinville, Gibbons, Redwater and surrounding areas.
 
Windchill temperatures into the -40 C range will continue on Saturday and Sunday. 
 
These warnings are issued when there is a heightened risk to a person's health, such as frost bite and hypothermia.
 
Symptoms to watch out for are, shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, along with colour change and numbness in fingers and toes.
 
Monday the temperatures improves to a high of -9 C
