The 106th annual Grey Cup is in Edmonton this weekend.
For the big game on Sunday (Nov.25), it'll be respectable outside. Expect 1 C and sunny skies for kick-off at 4 p.m.
"There's always a bit of variability in that. It could be slightly above or below," said Amanda Prysizney from Environment Canada.
More good news, expect only some light wind.
If you're going to the game, dress up. Prysizney still suggests dressing for more of a -5 C day. She says it could feel colder if you're not moving as much.
During the Grey Cup on November 28, 2010, the last time it was in Edmonton, the temperature for kick-off was around -5 C.
The Calgary Stampeders and Ottawa Redblacks will play at Commonwealth Stadium.
