A Strathcona County man is dead and his son is facing murder charges.
 
On Friday (April 28) at about 12:20 p.m.,  Strathcona RCMP responded to a call from a rural house.
 
Police say 71-year-old Norman Stroh was murdered from what seemed to be stab wounds.
 
His 35-year-old son Kristian Stroh has been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
 
An autopsy is scheduled for Norman's body on Monday (May 1), Kristian will answer to the charge in provincial court on Wednesday.
 
The police are investigating the incident.
