A man wanted by police has been arrested.
On Sunday morning (Jun.10), police responded to a disturbance call in a west Edmonton suite. After arriving, they found a 36-year-old man with serious injuries. Emergency services performed first-aid, but the victim died on scene.
An autopsy on Wednesday determined the man died from a stab wound.
On Thursday afternoon, police announced they arrested a suspect. Nathan Piche, 26, of Edmonton, was taken into custody without incident. According to the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), his vehicle was stopped near Gibbons.
Piche has since been charged with second degree murder.
The EPS did not release the name of the deceased.
