Rink users will have a completely different experience in the newly renovated Gibbons Arena.
This summer, the town put $150,000 in upgrades to the rink including new flooring, painting, washrooms, bleachers and more.
"It looks really great, people have to go there to look and see," said Gibbons' deputy mayor Louis Bauder.
The dressing rooms are getting a makeover too with new showers and a fresh new coat of paint.
Bauder added they hope the renovations can continue to bring in events, such as the Bantam C Provincials, which were hosted in Gibbons last season.
