The Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce has a new executive director.
Tamara Dabels will take on the position.
"Tamara comes from a non-profit background and has a strong understanding of strategic planning, governance and fiscal management," said Chamber president Mike Leblanc.
Dabels will fill the vacancy created by Dione Chambers' departure earlier this month.
"I find great joy in engaging with people and businesses and I'm thrilled to be able to give back to our community by advocating and supporting our businesses and community members," said Dabels.
Dabels holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance with a minor in marketing.
She will begin her role on August 8.
