Decorations were on full display over the past few weeks in the Fort.

As part of an initiative for Canada's 150 birthday, the Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce selected a winner for the storefront window decorating contest.

Jenkins and Jenkins Law Firm received the grand prize for their Canadian mural.

"Our inspiration came from events that brought Canada to 150 years, whether it was sporting, history and the war or just whatever popped into your head when you thought of Canada," said Jill Holmberg, legal assistant with Jenkins and Jenkins Law Firm.

Holmberg added that it was a group effort putting the project together and that they're proud to be recognized.

The winners were awarded with a group party hosted at Fort Lanes.
