The Bruderheim Infinity Business Centre is the new home for three local entrepreneurs.
Fort Saskatchewan-Vegreville MLA Jessica Littlewood got the honours of cutting the ribbon at the town's new small business incubator on Tuesday (Apr.26).
"I'm really proud to see this, it's great, it's huge," said Littlewood. "Being able to have local business development for rural communities is critical for sustainability."
Registered massage therapist Shania Rhinehart, Ed Shepel's Spectre Systems and Kevin Cardinal's Vibrant Solar Solutions are the original three small businesses in the centre.
"Three companies in a small town like Bruderheim shows that you can be a small community and still attract really great businesses and great people," added Littlewood.
Last year, Bruderheim received over $60,000 from the provincial government as seed money for the centre.
