A senior at Bev Facey has created an application that’ll help students for years to come.
Josh Moore started on the Bev Facey Falcon App in the summer.
“My goal was to make it easy for my peers to access information on their phones instead of just on the website,” said Moore.
The app includes a quick-links section, making it easier to call the office, access PowerSchool and classroom information.
With his eyes set on attending NAIT for Computer Engineering Technology, Moore secured an internship at the University of Alberta, working on a variety of computer science programs.
"I was able to use what I learned in my internship as well as from my computer classes to focus on an app for the school,” added Moore.
The app is available free on the Google Play Store and in the near future, the iOS App Store.
