Fort Saskatchewan and the Jubilee Recreation Centre will be home to senior lacrosse this weekend.
The regular season will officially get underway today (May 5) for the Warriors, but Saturday night they will get to experience their new home rink.
The team will travel to Blackfalds today to take on the Silverbacks. This is the Silverbacks' first year in the league after moving up from Senior C.
On Saturday, the Warriors will welcome the Rockyview Knights to town for an 8:00 p.m. matchup.
"They're a team that we always have hard fought battles with," said attacker Erik Turner. "They're fun to play because of how skilled they are"
Last season, Rockyview finished second place in league with a 11-3-2 record.

Turner added that last season the Warriors and Silverbacks developed a pretty intense rivalry.

Rockyview boasts numerous players on their roster affiliated with the NLL's Calgary Roughnecks.

Eight of the Senior Warriors are returning from the Aleš Hřebeský tournament in Prague where the team took sixth place.
