The Fort Saskatchewan Midget B Rebels will have a tough task in the first round of playoffs.
Finishing in sixth place in the league, the Rebels will have to face the third place Edmonton Warriors on Wednesday (June 21).
The Warriors were victorious twice this season against the Rebels.
Fort Sask does come into this game going 3-3-1 in their past seven games, playing some of their best lacrosse of the season.
"We have to listen to our coach Maurice (Kelly)," said Mack Whelan. "Our team has to working on posting up on (defense)."
The Rebels dropped their last regular season game 9-7 against the Grand Prairie Thrashers on Sunday (June 18).
"They had only a couple of guys that can do work and they did it themselves. It's amazing how we didn't manage to stop them," added Whelan.
Wednesday's game will take place at the George S. Hughes southside arena at 7:30 p.m.
