An amazing performance by Jarrett Bossert resulted in a tie yesterday (July 10).
Bossert was playing at the southeast Calgary McKenzie Meadows Golf Club as part of the McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour.
"He's working hard on his game, he's playing a lot and he's a kid with a passion right now," commented his caddy, Sheldon Bossert.
The entire day was in doubt as an early morning thunderstorm rolled through, but the skies cleared for the golfers.
Bossert finished the day with a score of 77, tieing Landon Osachuk of Strathmore for third place.
He plays in Carstairs today (July 11) and Olds tomorrow.
