On Friday, September 25 there was one final golf tournament to close out the season at the Fort In View Golf Course. TAHK projects organized this event in support of Zebra Child Protection Centre. Stationed in Edmonton, Zebra Child Protection Centre works to improve the life experiences of children who have suffered abuse. It was founded on the belief that the community should share in the responsibility of responding to child abuse allegations. A lot like how adult zebras group together around their young so predators are not able to see them clearly because their stripes blend in with one other.

The Zebra Centre is pleased to announce that they have raised over $41,415, more than doubling their original goal of $20,000! Despite the weather, there was 60 guests on hand for the event. They sold some amazing items with their silent auction, including three signed authentic Connor McDavid premier jerseys.
