Fort Saskatchewan's Kelsey Rocque faced Vegreville's Val Sweeting in a must win this morning (Dec. 4/15) in Rocque's first ever Canada Cup of Curling.

Kelsey had the chance to hit for 2 in the 3rd but the stone rolled out after the hit and she got 1 point.

Rocque made a hit and stick for 2 in the 5th, and got another in the final 8th end but lost 10-4 to the defending Canada Cup champion.

Rocque lost both of her games yesterday 9-2 to Rachel Homan and 8-5 to Jennifer Jones.

Rocque has 1 win and 4 losses, and is facing Ontario's Tracy Fleury in her final game of the tournament tonight at 6:30pm.
