Two cemeteries in Gibbons were vandalized just a couple of weeks apart.
 
Earlier in the month, the Anglican Church Cemetery had headstones knocked over and flower pots smashed.
 
Recently, a similar incident happened at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery.
 
"Our respect for the dead is not what it used to be," said Father Chris with the church.
 
The Morinville RCMP were able to determine the suspects responsible for the vandalism. Due to their age, they cannot be charged and their names will not be released.
 
The RCMP will work with the families of the suspects to find a way to deal with the situation.
