The award which had 450 nominees recognizes a leader who excels at engaging and inspiring people, while working towards building an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
The Site Director of Alberta Operations is thrilled people recognized him for his leadership. Deutscher says he's thrilled to have five people nominate him, and to have them, his family and community members celebrate the award with him. Joe has worked with Dow for 30 years in seven different locations and says "contact with people from around the world has influenced how he's developed as a leader." Deutscher adds it all starts with family, a little bit of how we're raised, the adversity we face as we grow up and then as we mature it's about getting a lot of life experiences.
