One man was seriously injured in a collision on Highway 16 on Wednesday (Nov. 30) afternoon. 

Strathcona County RCMP says that they were called to a two-vehicle crash just east of Range Road 215 at about 2:55 p.m. 

An investigation found that a truck travelling eastbound collided with the back of a snowplow. 

The man driving the truck was sent to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. 

The man driving the snowplow was able to leave the scene without any injuries. 

An investigation into the cause of the collision is on-going.
