The Bantam 2A Rangers started strong in their game against the Bantam 2B Rangers last night at the Jubilee Rec Centre. First period action saw 2A players Haydon Eccleston, Justin Sowa and Callum O'Shea bring thier team up by three goals, but 2B player Alexander Ouellette got two quick goals ending the second period 3-2 for the Bantam 2A squad. Third period action saw Rangers 2B teams Liam Dewart score one and Logan Parrish score two more before 2A's Callum O'Shea answered back late in the third with the game ending 4-3 in favor of the 2B team.

Bantam 2B Ranger, Will Spears, gave his thoughts on the game saying " It was a rough game, it always is when its a Fort vs Fort team. We all know each other, we all go to school together there's always a little bit of rivalry, we all go out knowing who we want to hit and it never ends well."

2A goalie Koen Walker gives his thoughts on the game saying, " We started out hard in the first then we started to die down in the third, had to just keep fighting and keep the intensity going the whole game."

The Bantam 2A Rangers will be on the road next Friday, February 5th, in Gibbons while the 2B Rangers will be heading to Redwater next Saturday, February 6th. Both teams only have 3 games left in the regular season.
